Entries are received via web download and postal routes. We import the web download data into a bespoke database which automatically cleanses each record ready for mailing. Postal entries are cleansed before they even reach the database with our PAF Address System. The database also automatically checks which selection the customer has already had and will allocate the next available title, thus efficiently complying with the one title per household rule. Using a discounted mail service we then despatch upwards of 180k units!

System One Travel

We have been involved with this activity from the outset creating a database of members both on and offline and recording and analysing thousands of transactions each month. Each new member receives a welcome email and those who opt to, receive a quarterly E-zine. We print the membership cards for the on-line customers and despatch their tickets on a same day basis, we capture the details of all off-line members and provide detailed analysis for the System One and GMTL board members. We also handle the customer services for the on-line side of the business via telephone and email.
We have worked with VCG for several years providing the fulfilment and handling for a number of their Insured and Fixed Fee activities.

The Co-op asked us to help with their storage and pick and pack requirement.

As we have on-site secure storage facilities and an experienced warehousing team we could get their stock into store and fulfil their needs quickly and efficiently - we also source and supply some of their promotional merchandise. Requests come through on an adhoc basis and we handle and despatch these using the cheapest method and on a same day turnaround. We also look after their competition winners and arrange the despatch and collection of marketing materials from promotional events to be returned back to stock ready for next time.
International Sports Management
International Sports Management approached us to handle the running of their annual Abu Dhabi Junior Golf competition.

This activity takes a full team effort and it is a joy to work on. The competition runs from April through to September and is a platform for all junior golf enthusiasts to show their talent with a prize of playing in the final in Abu Dhabi! This competition attracts hundreds of talented young players both girls and boys and the standard is astounding. We start in March by introducing the competition to clubs all around the UK and Ireland, we capture all the club details, entrant details, scores, hole in one’s and produce the weekly leader boards and competition venues which are held on the Telegraph website. We handle any queries via telephone and email, chase scores and competition dates so we can keep the website up to date. We try to take all the pressure off the team at ISM and we love it!
